"I can say that everyone at Mrs. Taylor’s office is the bomb, I have to personally shout out Shelly. She has been on top of it any time I have an issue. She informs me of new information that would be beneficial to me and my girls. Kimberly Taylor’s office is so amazing and I wouldn’t give my business to no one but her. I just recently had my car stolen and State Farm along with the office took very great care of me. I had a rental the same day, my claim specialist kept me updated when my car was found, and it was another area that called to check on me and to make sure I was taken care of and to assure me that they had me. I have no complaints as they gave top tier service. Thank you Kim and office for doing an amazing job with taking care of your clients. Shelly I appreciate you and everything you do and have done for me and my family. 1000/10 for sure."

"Ms Shelly displayed totally professionalism.The phone was answered I'm pretty sure on the first ring🤩,that was a plus for me.A pleasant friendly voice behind the phone She listen well and took my change of information immediately.She offered other policies,and inquired about advance payments if I desired to. She was kind and courteous and she was slow to speak which means she listens very well and then she came back with a reply. She did not rush the phone call and share some other valuable information as well. Shelly is a keeper. She displayed the most professionalism.
