"So I have been a customer with State Farm for years, every time I call to make a payment it's usually Shay that answers the phone. Today was the first time that I was able to meet her face to face and she is such a joy. OMG Shay was so perfect and such a life saver I made a call to her today to inquire about something and she helped me with no problem at all.
