I have been waiting weeks for my cash value check during an emergency, as well as waiting for my daughter’s Power of Attorney papers to be uploaded so she can manage changes on my behalf. The only saving grace in that office is Shelley. She is incredibly respectful, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the other woman in the office was completely useless. She claimed she would upload my vital documents, but when I called to follow up, nothing had been submitted, which felt incredibly sketchy. I will absolutely not be returning to this office."
